We also have an award-winning bakery. Our clients consist of private homes, corporations, colleges and universities. We are looking to hire a Cake Decorator and Bakery Manager. Candidate must be creative and proficient in all aspects of cake decorating and desserts. Market & Market requires the Bakery Manager to oversee the bakery and report to the Executive Chef. Responsibilities
- Organize Prep sheets & bakery item preparation for all parties.
- Modify dessert menus as needed and create new menu ideas seasonally.
- Manage food/labor costs for the bakery
- Supervise train and rate performance of bakery staff
- Rectify arising problems or complaints
- Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers, vendors and customers.

- Able to work efficiently and meet strict deadlines
