We're seeking an exceptional Floor Manager to help lead one of Southern California's most stylish and respected fine dining destinations. This is an outstanding opportunity for a hospitality professional looking to grow their career with one of the region's most respected restaurant groups.
We're looking for a refined, guest-focused leader who thrives in an elevated dining environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality while developing a high-performing team. You'll help guide service in a dining room where class, style, and precision meet culinary excellence.
As part of this acclaimed restaurant group, you'll have the opportunity to continue developing your leadership skills and industry knowledge while positioning yourself for advancement into Assistant General Manager and General Manager roles.
The ideal candidate has previous fine dining management experience, is polished, organized, calm under pressure, and leads by example. You're someone who reads a table before the guest even speaks, can coach a server on wine pairings without breaking stride, and brings both grace and grit to every shift.
Qualifications
- Previous Floor Manager or Restaurant Manager experience
- Fine dining experience required
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Passion for hospitality, guest service, and wine
- Looking to grow within an acclaimed chef-driven restaurant group
Compensation & Benefits
- $70,000–$80,000 DOE
