We are seeking an experienced Credentialing Coordinator to join our Medical Staff Services team in the heart of Napa Valley, CA. This is a full-time, onsite position offering a consistent daytime schedule and the opportunity to work in one of the most beautiful regions in the U.S.
Position Details:
- Day Shift | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Onsite – St. Helena, CA
- 151-bed hospital with nationally recognized centers of excellence
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of credentialing coordinator experience (medical staff services or related setting)
- Active CPCS or CPMSM certification required
- Proficiency with EPIC required
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s/Technical degree preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full credentialing lifecycle (appointments, reappointments, privileging)
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of credential files
- Support provider onboarding (training, orientation, badging)
- Maintain medical staff database and uphold strict confidentiality
Pay: $1,600.00 - $1,800.00 per week
