We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Pharmacy Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping patients, working in a fast-paced healthcare environment, and being part of a collaborative team dedicated to exceptional patient care.
As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a key role in supporting pharmacy operations, assisting patients, processing prescriptions, communicating with providers and insurance companies, and ensuring a smooth prescription journey from intake through fulfillment.

What You'll Do:
- Assist pharmacists with daily pharmacy operations and workflow management.
- Process and enter prescriptions accurately into the pharmacy management system.
- Verify and update patient demographic, insurance, and prescription information.
- Communicate with patients, providers, and insurance companies regarding prescription status and coverage.
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist with prescription intake, refill requests, and patient follow-up.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to obtain prescription clarifications and required documentation.
- Assist with prior authorizations and insurance-related requests when necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and pharmacy policies.
- Support inventory management, medication ordering, and other operational tasks as assigned.
- Work collaboratively with pharmacists, technicians, and support staff to deliver an outstanding patient experience.
What We're Looking For:
- Pharmacy Technician experience is preferred but not required.
- Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable learning new systems and pharmacy processes.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Experience with PrimeRx is a plus
