Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise clinical staff including licensed social workers (LMSW, LCSW) and licensed professional counselors (LPC), fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
- Oversee daily clinical operations to ensure efficient service delivery and adherence to organizational policies and healthcare regulations
- Develop, implement, and monitor clinical protocols aligned with JCAHO standards to maintain accreditation readiness and quality assurance
- Manage medical documentation, client records, and treatment plans with precision, ensuring compliance with privacy laws and organizational policies
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care efforts to optimize patient outcomes through effective communication and resource management
- Monitor clinical outcomes and utilize data-driven insights to improve service quality and operational efficiency
- Facilitate ongoing staff training, professional development, and performance evaluations to promote excellence in care
Experience
- Proven experience in healthcare management or clinical leadership within behavioral health or mental health settings
- Strong background in medical management practices, including oversight of treatment protocols and compliance standards
- Familiarity with JCAHO accreditation processes and requirements for healthcare organizations
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively while maintaining a positive, energetic work environment
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation, reporting, and regulatory adherence
- Bachelor’s degree in social work (LMSW or LCSW), counseling (LPC), or related mental health field; master’s degree preferred
- Valid licensure as an LMSW, LCSW, or LPC required
