PRN Occupational Therapist (In-House Rehab Team)
Brandon Community Care Center is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our in-house rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, resident-centered environment where clinical quality, consistency, and compassionate care are truly valued.

As part of our in-house therapy department, you’ll be supported by an experienced interdisciplinary team and have the ability to provide meaningful, patient-focused care—without the pressures often found in contract therapy models.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions in a skilled nursing setting
- Document treatments and progress in accordance with regulatory and facility standards
- Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to support resident goals
- Participate in care planning meetings and discharge planning
- Ensure quality outcomes while maintaining ethical and evidence-based practice
Occupational Therapist Skills:
- SNF/Long term care experience preferred.
- Current knowledge of treatment practices
- Knowledge of Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred.
- Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities.
Occupational Therapist Requirements:
- Active/Valid Mississippi license in Occupational Therapy
- In good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards
