Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Corporate Chef to lead our culinary operations across multiple venues and events. Duties
- Develop and refine menus that showcase creativity, seasonal ingredients, and customer preferences, aligning with brand standards and culinary trends
- Supervise daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality
- Lead and manage culinary teams through effective supervision, training, and mentorship to foster a collaborative and motivated work environment
- Oversee inventory control, food production processes, and cost management to optimize resources and minimize waste
- Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with attention to detail in setup, presentation, and service flow
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and maintain rigorous standards for hygiene and sanitation in the kitchen
- Collaborate with management on menu planning, staffing schedules, shift management, and operational improvements to enhance overall service delivery
Skills
- Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining, catering, and restaurant management
- Proven supervising experience leading diverse culinary teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, dietary requirements, and inventory management practices
- Exceptional skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management
- Experience with banquet operations, event catering, and large-scale food production
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff while maintaining high standards of hospitality and service excellence
- Proficiency in menu planning, food handling procedures, inventory control systems, and food industry best practices
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across shift management and kitchen operations
