LIVE-IN CAREGIVER / HOUSE MANAGER POSITION
Now Hiring – Live-In Caregiver
Larkspur Home Care, LLC is seeking a dependable, compassionate, responsible individual for a Live-In Caregiver/House Manager position supporting elderly and/or disabled residents in a residential care setting.

CAREGIVER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide companionship and supervision to residents
- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care as permitted
- Prepare and serve meals
- Assist with medication reminders according to the care plan and applicable regulations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
- Assist with laundry and light housekeeping
- Provide transportation or accompany residents to appointments when assigned
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition or behavior
- Complete required daily documentation
- Follow each resident’s individualized care plan
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and notify the appropriate person when necessary
- Maintain resident privacy, dignity, and confidentiality
- Follow all Larkspur Home Care policies and procedures
HOUSE MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES
The Live-In Caregiver/House Manager will also help oversee the daily operation of the home, including:
- Maintaining household routines
- Coordinating meals and activities
- Communicating with families and management
- Monitoring household supplies
- Helping ensure staff and residents follow house rules
- Reporting maintenance or safety concerns
- Helping maintain a welcoming and respectful home
QUALIFICATIONS
- Dependable and trustworthy
- Compassionate and patient
- Good communication skills
- Able to work independently
- Able to pass required background checks
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Caregiving experience preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Must be able to meet the physical and job requirements of the position

Pay: $2,160.59 - $2,269.84 per month
