Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Master Two-Year-Old Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum focused on early childhood development, literacy education, and social skills for two-year-olds
- Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning through play
- Manage daily routines including diapering, feeding, nap times, and outdoor activities with patience and care
- Use behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior and emotional regulation among toddlers
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns
- Incorporate special education techniques and early intervention strategies as needed to support individual learning needs
- Maintain accurate records of child development progress, attendance, and classroom activities in compliance with mandated reporting laws
Requirements
- Prior experience working with children in early childhood settings such as daycare, preschool.
- Knowledge of child development principles specific to toddlers aged two years old
- Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques
- Certification in first aid and CPR is required; ongoing training in childhood safety is preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents, colleagues, and children
- Understanding of special education practices, behavior management strategies, and early intervention methods
- Ability to adhere to mandated reporting laws related to child welfare and safety
- Experience teaching physical education or implementing Montessori or other specialized educational approaches is a plus
