DESCRIPTION:
KLA Schools is an innovative preschool inspired by the world-renowned Reggio Emilia Approach to Early Childhood Education. We are looking to fill a full-time Preschool Teacher and Teacher Assistant positions in our Lake Worth location.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Works together with a team of enthusiastic individuals dedicated to providing high quality education
- Works with small groups of children of varying abilities and interests
- Supports teachers in keeping the classroom clean and organized
- Creates and maintains positive relationships with children and families
REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate’s degree in Education or CDA certification, preferably specializing in Early Childhood Education
- Experience in an educational field (early childhood education experience preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, nurturing attitude
- 45 Hours of Childcare Training
- Bilingual is a plus
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
