Sunset Distributing is looking for employees who are willing to work hard and learn our business. We are looking for a dedicated warehouseman to work in our facility.
Responsibilities:
- Select products, build orders, load and unload trucks accurately and in a timely manner.
- Safe operation of various types of warehouse equipment.
- Become familiar with various beverage products, including beer, liquor, cider, and water.
- Demonstrate manual dexterity, coordination, and mobility to perform physical tasks efficiently.
- Maintain quality control and execute rotate standards per the company policy
- Clean and organize the facility
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds repetitiously
- Must be able to walk and stand continuously during the entire shift
- Must be able to push, pull, squat, and reach
- Must possess visual acuity to read orders and locate products within the warehouse
- Ability to learn safe operation of job-related equipment (i.e. hand truck, pallet jack, etc.);
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work in an environment where temperatures fluctuate
