Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform State Inspections in compliance with Texas DPS requirements.
- Carry out routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid exchanges, and light maintenance.
- Mount, balance, and repair tires as needed.
- Perform digital vehicle inspections and document findings for customer and team reference.
- Assist with brake inspections and other minor service needs.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to provide updates and ensure satisfaction.
- Follow company and industry safety standards and best practices.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid State Inspector’s License.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- At least two year of experience in a quick lube shop or maintenance-focused auto repair shop in the same role.
- Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset.
