The Role
We are hiring a full time Personal Injury Case Manager to own the day to day movement of cases from intake through settlement. You will be the steady point of contact our clients rely on and the person who keeps each file organized, current, and moving forward. This is a client facing role for someone who is detail oriented, calm under pressure, and genuinely cares about the people we serve.
What You Will Do
- Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and clear, compassionate communication
- Communicate with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and lien holders
- Request, organize, and review medical records, bills, and related documentation
- Track treatment status and keep clients informed about next steps
- Prepare demand packages and assist attorneys in moving cases toward settlement
- Maintain accurate, up to date case files and deadlines in our case management system
- Coordinate with attorneys and staff to keep every matter on track
Requirements
- Bilingual: Spanish speaking required. You must be able to communicate fluently with Spanish speaking clients in both conversation and writing.
- Minimum 2+ years of personal injury experience at a plaintiff side firm
- Strong understanding of the personal injury case lifecycle, from intake through settlement
- Experience working with medical records, bills, and insurance communications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, deadline driven, and able to manage multiple files at once
- Proficiency with case management software and standard office technology

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
