We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front Desk Agent for morning shifts to be the welcoming face of our hospitality team. In this vital role, you will create a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests, ensuring their check-in and check-out experiences are seamless and enjoyable. Schedule would be Friday-Sunday 7am-3pm
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience, empathy, and proactive solutions
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest preferences
- Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist callers promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met swiftly
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
- Conduct night audits when scheduled, reconciling daily transactions and ensuring financial accuracy
- Support guest relations efforts by addressing special requests or needs with enthusiasm and professionalism
Requirements
- Experience in hospitality or hotel front desk operations is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating positive guest experiences
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities
- Previous experience with is a plus
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly while maintaining professionalism
- A background in hospitality management or hotel experience is highly valued
