We are seeking a Brewer's assistant /Production assistant to join our Beech Kombucha team!
Job Summary:
Hours may vary between 25-30 hours
Shift days: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
-Cleaning kegs
-Assisting with our kombucha production week. One week out of the month the production team brews a second fermentation, filters, and brews the following batch of kombucha, this week requires more hours than the other weeks and a different schedule than the other weeks of the month.
-Bartending 1 day a week.
- Assisting with our market staff-loading and unloading supplies (kegs, kegerator, cooler, tent, signs etc)
-Delivering kegs
-Conditioning and transferring kegs
-Rotating inventory
Skills:
-Ability to lift and move large inventory of 50+ pound kegs and other equipment required.
-Ability to maintain immaculate sanitation standards during the brew process and with cleaning equipment.
-"Can-do" disposition.
-Strong work ethic and being on time required.
-Works well with specific and detailed instructions under our head brewer.
-Self motivated.

Beech Kombucha is a Brewery, Botanical Garden and Tasting room located in the Warehouse district of Saint Petersburg, FL. We specialize in organic, artisan crafted kombucha with rotating seasonal flavors. In addition to kombucha, we also have meads, hard ciders, functional beverages and more!
Our Brewers assistant will be assisting our head brewer with the brewing process, production week, lots of detailed cleaning, and 1 shift a week bartending.
