About the role
Eurasian Auto Repair is a multi-location independent shop specializing in European and Asian vehicles. We are hiring a Parts Specialist to support both of our San Antonio locations.
This is a high-accuracy, high-communication role. Our technicians and service advisors rely on the parts seat to deliver the right component, the first time, on schedule. The right candidate brings experience with European platforms, precision in VIN and build-data lookups, and the professionalism to manage vendor relationships and internal communication at a high standard.
Responsibilities
- Help source and procure parts when needed.
- Manage daily ordering across OE catalogs and supplier networks (WorldPac, FCP Euro, ECS, IMC, dealer)
- Verify fitment prior to dispatch to the technician
- Process returns, cores, warranty claims, and supplier credits accurately and on schedule
- Stage parts by repair order and communicate ETAs to the service advisor team
- Maintain inventory accuracy in Tekmetric; perform cycle counts and reconciliation
- Build and maintain professional vendor relationships; negotiate pricing and availability
- Support role- will need to handle car washes and QC’s as needed
Required qualifications
- Working knowledge of OE catalog systems (ETKA, EPC, WIS, or equivalent)
- Strong VIN decoding and build-date lookup skills
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and prioritize across two locations
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with Tekmetric or comparable shop management software
- Established WorldPac SpeedDIAL or FCP Euro Pro account familiarity
- Prior dealership parts experience (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, or Audi)
- Bilingual English/Spanish
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
