Key Responsibilities - After successful completion of training, Kitchen Managers will be expected to:

Recruit, train, coach, and develop kitchen team members

Qualifications Required

High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

Minimum 1-3 years of restaurant, food service, convenience store, or hospitality leadership experience

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems

Physical Requirements
