Liberty Tree & Landscape Management is seeking an experienced Landscape Crew Leader to lead a professional landscape crew and deliver high-quality residential and commercial landscape services.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can manage a crew, complete landscape installations and maintenance, communicate with clients, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
Responsibilities:
Crew Leadership & Job Management
- Lead and train landscape crew members in daily operations
- Plan and organize daily job tasks and production goals
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail
- Communicate job expectations and updates with team members and management
Landscape Installation & Maintenance
- Perform and oversee planting, mulching, pruning, bed maintenance, and landscape enhancements
- Install plant material, sod, and hardscape-related projects as needed
- Operate landscape equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other tools
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and professionally maintained
Client Service & Quality Control
- Represent Liberty Tree & Landscape Management professionally on job sites
- Communicate with clients regarding project details and expectations
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
Safety & Equipment
- Follow company safety procedures and job site expectations
- Perform equipment checks and report maintenance needs
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of landscape experience required
- Previous crew leader or foreman experience required
- Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance and installation practices
- Ability to lead a team and work independently
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
