As a Maintenance Apprentice, you'll work sidebyside with experienced maintenance technicians and supervisors, gaining exposure to all aspects of property maintenance while building practical, indemand skills.
What You'll Do:

Assist experienced maintenance technicians

Clean and maintain common areas and grounds

Turn over units (cleaning, painting, minor repairs)

Complete work orderspreventative maintenance

Support inspections and identify maintenance needs

Help ensure building safety systems are functioning properly

What You Bring:

High school diploma or equivalent

1+ year of maintenance or grounds experience

Valid VA driver's licensereliable transportation
