Position Requirements
- Completion of a professional dog grooming training program OR at least 12 months of grooming experience in a professional setting
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment
- Motivated to grow in skill and professionalism
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced salon
- Positive attitude, reliable work ethic, and strong communication skills
What You’ll Do
- Perform high-quality haircuts, baths, brushing, de-shedding, nail trims, and breed-standard grooms
- Communicate professionally with clients and teammates
- Maintain safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Participate in a collaborative, team-based environment
