As a Security Officer Welcome Desk in Mc Lean, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal at a luxury retail location where you will serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, welcoming visitors, managing access, and supporting security-related operations with professionalism and care. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, associates, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific policies, visitor processing, and front desk support activities at a retail location.

Monitor lobby and entry activity, verify credentials as required, and communicate access procedures in a professional manner to help support security-related operations.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and notify site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.

Answer phones, greet incoming guests, maintain visitor logs, and complete required reports related to security-related events, concerns, and/or unusual activity.

Help to deter unauthorized access, loss concerns, and/or disruptive behavior through visible front desk presence, observation, and timely communication with store leadership and Allied Universal management.
Minimum Requirements:

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
