Great opportunity to learn and work with a reputable Immigration law firm with multiple senior paralegals and staff.
We prefer an admitted attorney in New York with 1-5 years experience representing clients before EOIR, USCIS and Family Court. However we are also willing to train a newly admitted attorney with extensive immigration internship or paralegal experience.
Other duties entail extensive legal writing (memorandums of law, motions to reopen and briefs).
Preferred candidate will be bilingual Spanish/English, have excellent references/writing skills, and a self-starter.
