We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining residential heating and cooling systems while providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, technical expertise, and the ability to communicate clearly with homeowners.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and service residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits
- Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups on HVAC equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant system issues
- Replace components such as motors, capacitors, contactors, thermostats, and compressors
- Ensure systems are operating safely and efficiently
- Clearly explain issues and recommended solutions to homeowners
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
