Logistics/Distribution provider is seeking certified Cherry Picker/Reach Operators to assist with high volume order picking.
Duties Include:
- Organized and attention to details
- Accurately pulling orders, approximately 75-100 pieces per hour
- Able to communicate in oral and written form
- Work under deadline-oriented environment
- Following all safety procedures
- Stage and stack all products according to the requirements provided by warehouse procedures and/or accounts
- Can lift heavy boxes up to 50-90 lbs.
- Can operate the cherry picker
- Is currently certified to operate a Cherry Picker
- Reliable transportation
- Worked with scanner
- Open to work weekends or Overtime if the work demands it
QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED:
- 2 years minimum of cherry picker experience
- Previous reach and sit-down forklift experience
- Successful work performance demonstrating an ability to follow instructions
- Work well with others, use productive work methods, exercise sound judgment, and meet or exceed attendance requirements
- Experience in warehouse environment

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to safely operate Cherry Picker or Reach Truck equipment in a warehouse environment
- Ability to work at elevated heights for extended periods while operating order picker equipment
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, twist, and reach above shoulder level frequently
- Ability to climb on and off powered industrial equipment safely and repeatedly during scheduled shifts
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements, including steering and handling product materials
- Ability to work in fast-paced warehouse conditions with exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and noise levels
- Ability to maintain visual awareness and depth perception necessary for safe equipment operation and product handling
- Ability to follow all OSHA regulations, warehouse safety procedures, and PPE requirements at all times
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as required based on operational needs
