The professionals should have completed a Master’s degree in Psychology, has counseling training and experience and have undergone supervised clinical field experiences. They have passed the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE). They provide mental health and substance abuse care and are capable of helping people with behavioral, mental, and emotional problems and disorders.
