What You’ll Be Doing
- Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans
- Provide skilled therapy services based on patient needs and physician direction
- Adjust treatment plans as patients progress
- Help patients improve function and safely return to daily activities
- Complete clear, accurate, and timely documentation
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery goals
- Maintain a safe, professional, and patient-focused clinical environment
What We’re Looking For
- Active Physical Therapist license
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Outpatient experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
- Therapist who is dependable, professional, and ready to step into a fast-moving clinic environment
