Maximum Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning is looking for a motivated, customer focused Sales Representative to join one of San Diego's top performing HVAC teams. This is a full time, commission only position with unlimited earning potential. We provide qualified warm leads, comprehensive HVAC training, and the tools you need to succeed. If you're an experienced sales professional who knows how to build relationships and close deals, we'll teach you the HVAC industry.
We are offering a $1,500 sign-on bonus after the successful completion of your 90-day training and probationary period.
A successful probationary period includes:
- Meeting or exceeding company established sales and performance goals
- Demonstrating professionalism and reliability
- Successfully completing company training

What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners through company provided warm leads
- Assess residential HVAC systems and recommend appropriate solutions
- Present equipment replacement options
- Build trust and long term customer relationships
- Follow up on estimates and close sales
- Work closely with our installation and service teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience
Qualifications
- Previous, proven sales experience is required
- HVAC experience is not required; we will train the right candidate on our products, systems, and sales process
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship building skills
- Confident closing sales while maintaining a customer first approach
- Self motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your schedule
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and performance expectations
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to learn the HVAC industry and continuously develop your product knowledge through company training
