Bilingual Office Assistant – Logistics (Edison, NJ)
$26 per hour | Full-Time | Temp-to-Perm | Onsite
Our client in Edison is seeking an experienced Office Assistant to support their growing logistics operation. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term career potential for a reliable and motivated professional.
The ideal candidate will have prior logistics experience, excellent communication skills, and strong problem-solving abilities. You’ll assist with day-to-day administrative functions and help oversee a small team of 6–7 employees to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations
- Assist in coordinating shipping, scheduling, and logistics documentation
- Help oversee and support a small team of 6–7 staff members
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve issues
- Maintain accurate reports, files, and inventory records
- Identify process improvements to enhance workflow and productivity
Qualifications:
- Logistics experience required (Minimum 2+ years of recent experience required)
- Bilingual Spanish is required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software
- Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, full-time, onsite in Edison, NJ

Pay: Up to $26.00 per hour
