Fine Associates, a locally owned Luxury Real Estate company is seeking experienced full-time housekeepers for our Downtown Minneapolis luxury apartment complex.
The candidate must be dependable, motivated and have excellent customer service skills. Duties will include cleaning any areas of the apartment building as assigned by the manager. Included, but not limited to, vacant/occupied apartments, laundry room, building amenities, stairwells and common areas.
MAJOR / KEY JOB DUTIES
- Demonstrates and promotes a 100% commitment to providing the best possible experience for our tenants and associates.
- Job functions to include cleaning assigned apartments with adherence to company standards, policies and procedures.
- Ensures housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas are maintained to company standard while in use. Stocking carts and supply rooms if necessary and or directed by management.
- Reporting all maintenance issues directly to the front desk and or manager.
- Reporting any guest property that may be leftover in the room directly to the front desk and management.
- Accommodating and assisting resident requests whenever possible
- Ensuring resident and associate safety at all times.
- Compliance with all safety and security policies and procedures
- OTHER DUTIES
- Assisting to clean any areas of the apartment building as assigned by the manager when needed to include but not limited to vacant/occupied apartments, laundry room, building amenities, stairwells and common areas.
- Responsible for maintaining overall building cleanliness.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
