As a Sales and Product Specialist, you’ll guide customers through a personalized experience, helping them discover long-term relief with our patented products. It’s not just a job – it’s a chance to make someone’s day, every day.
What you’ll be doing:
- Work one-on-one with customers to assess their needs
- Guide customers through a structured, consultative sales process
- Educate customers on how foot health impacts overall alignment and comfort
- Deliver a high-level, professional, and caring experience
- Meet and exceed individual performance goals
This is not a transactional retail role. We are looking for candidates with:
- 2+ years of consultative or performance-driven sales experience
- A proven ability to close sales and succeed in a commission-based environment
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- A positive, outgoing personality with a genuine desire to help others
- A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and be coached
- A professional appearance and demeanor
