Duties & Responsibilities:

Greet guests and customers with a smile.

Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining service standards and procedures set by the resort, as well as personally responding to guest inquiries.

Give guests menus and show them to their seat.

Handle phone calls, take reservations and put guests on a wait list if needed.

Maintains a safe and sanitary work environment and abides by all local, state, and federal laws.

Works together with F&B Associates to ensure coordinated quality guest service.

Provide excellent guest service in handling guest issues. Food and Beverage related events.

Maintain knowledge of menus, wine lists, and liquor provided to guests.

Assists in setting restaurant for service, or closing the restaurant properly.

Busses tables, and follows up with drink refills and other guest service requests.

Resolve guest issues as quickly as possible and communicate all problems to outlet supervisor or manager immediately.
Job Requirements:

Ability to manage time well, meet imposed deadlines and ability to work flexible hours

The position requires the ability to lift over 50 pounds occasionally.

This position requires the ability to stand, walk (6-7 hours at a time), and climb stairs, reach & bend.

The position may require the service of can beverages therefore the position requires the employee to be 18 years of age or older.
