!! MUST HAVEat least 5 years CNC Machine Repair & Industrial Manufacturing Equipment experience !!
Essential Functions:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC vertical and horizontal machining centers, CNC lathes, and other precision manufacturing equipment.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and improve production efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and testing equipment to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions.
- Complete maintenance work orders, repair records, and preventive maintenance documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Follow established maintenance procedures and maintain compliance with Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), OSHA requirements, and all company safety policies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and recommending equipment upgrades, process improvements, and maintenance solutions.
- Assist with installation, setup, relocation, and commissioning of machinery and manufacturing equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with production personnel, supervisors, engineering staff, and contractors to minimize downtime and improve operational performance.
- Coordinate and oversee work performed by outside contractors and vendors when required.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas, including maintenance and production spaces.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and effectively.
- Perform additional maintenance-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Work and effectively communicate with co-workers and supervisors.
- Ability to comply with Tokai Carbon GS standards of operations.

Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems.
- Experience with Fanuc controls strongly preferred.
- Ability to analyze equipment failures and develop practical, efficient repair solutions.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and machine documentation.
- Working knowledge of industrial safety practices, including OSHA regulations and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
- Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and standard manufacturing procedures.
- Strong mathematical and mechanical aptitude, including the ability to apply measurements and basic calculations in troubleshooting and repair activities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and email systems.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively within a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Self-motivated, dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to producing high-quality work and operational excellence.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Education: Highschool Diploma/GED Equivalency
AND
- Experience: 5-7 years’ experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Strong working knowledge of CNC machine repair & industrial manufacturing equipment.
Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour
