Job Description
Primo Tax and Insurance is looking for a motivated, bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with a great attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to provide excellent customer service while also helping clients find the right insurance products for their needs.
The right candidate must be comfortable speaking with customers in both English and Spanish, handling policy service requests, answering questions, making outbound calls, and selling insurance products. We are looking for someone dependable, professional, sales-driven, and ready to grow with our office.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and through messages
- Sell insurance products to new and existing customers
- Provide quotes and explain coverage options clearly
- Service existing insurance policies, including changes, payments, renewals, and general questions
- Follow up with leads and potential customers
- Maintain accurate customer records and policy information
- Provide excellent customer service with a positive and professional attitude
- Help grow the office by building strong relationships with clients
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Sales experience preferred
- Insurance experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate
- Must be dependable, professional, and motivated
- Comfortable making phone calls and speaking with customers
- Great attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
Compensation
We offer competitive pay plus commissions, with the opportunity to grow based on performance.
