Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Utilize various therapeutic techniques to enhance patients' mobility and strength.
- Provide education to patients and their families regarding treatment options and home exercises.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Participate in discharge planning to facilitate smooth transitions for patients returning home or moving to other care settings.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy relevant to physical therapy practices.
- Experience in outpatient settings preferred; familiarity with inpatient and acute care is a plus.
- Ability to develop effective care plans that address diverse patient needs, including pediatrics if applicable.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
