About the Role:
In this role, you will primarily support warehouse operations, and will have the opportunity to support our bath installation team as needed. You'll play a key role in keeping materials organized, job-ready, and moving efficiently - while also gaining exposure to field operations. From time to time, you may be called upon to assist as a Bath Apprentice, providing backup support to installation teams. This is a great opportunity to learn hands-on skills and expand your experience in the home improvement industry.
Qualifications & Skills:

Strong work ethic and reliability

Ability to lift and move materials (50+ lbs)

Willingness to occasionally work in the field as needed

Basic mechanical or construction aptitude

Comfort using basic technology and mobile apps
Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations (Primary Focus)

Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and products

Maintain accurate inventory and ensure materials are job-ready

Prepare and stage materials for upcoming installations

Keep warehouse clean, safe, and organized

Load and unload trucks and verify deliveries
Bath Apprentice Support (As Needed)

Assist installation teams when additional support is required

Help prepare job sites and ensure materials are ready

Learn basic installation techniques and tool usage

Maintain cleanliness and professionalism in customers' homes

Support timely and high-quality project completion
