As we continue to grow, we are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Sales Associates.
As a Customer Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through AT&T’s products and services while ensuring they receive a high level of service and support. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced, team-driven sales environment.
Customer Sales Associate Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clear and confident education on AT&T wireless, internet, and fiber services to help customers make informed decisions
- Customer Sales Associates engage with residential customers in-person to understand their needs and recommend tailored AT&T solutions
- Deliver a high level of customer service while building trust and long-term customer relationships
- Customer Sales Associates support team sales goals by actively contributing to daily and weekly performance targets
- Stay current on AT&T promotions, services, and product updates to provide accurate information to customers
- Create a seamless and positive customer experience from the first interaction through enrollment
Requirements for the Customer Sales Associate:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or a customer-facing role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Positive, coachable attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
