Location: Cincinnati, OH
Pay: $41,000 – $52,000 per year
Shift:
7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Crown Staffing is seeking reliable and hardworking Hydrant Restoration Technicians to support field operations in Cincinnati, OH. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on outdoor work, are open to travel, and want to learn multiple skills while working as part of a team.
This role requires the ability to travel and work on assignments for 2–3 weeks at a time.
In this role, you will be trained in sandblasting, priming, and painting fire hydrants to help maintain and restore important municipal infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Sandblast hydrants to remove paint, rust, and debris
- Apply industrial primers and protective coatings
- Paint hydrants according to required color standards and specifications
- Load and unload materials and equipment daily
- Document completed work using logs or digital systems
- Support team members to meet production goals
- Maintain clean and organized work areas and vehicles
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Willingness and ability to travel and work 2–3 weeks at a time
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
- Willingness to learn all phases of hydrant restoration
- Ability to work well in a team environment
