As online gambling and gaming continue to expand, so does the need for specialized behavioral health care. At Kindbridge Behavioral Health, we help individuals and families affected by gambling, gaming, and related challenges while providing therapists the opportunity to build expertise in this growing field.
We're seeking part-time Therapists licensed to practice in Nebraska (residency in NE not required) who are interested in expanding their clinical skill set, working with a unique client population, and making a meaningful impact through flexible, remote work.
Develop a Specialized Clinical Skill Set — Gain hands-on experience treating gambling, gaming, and other behavioral addictions while building expertise in one of behavioral health's fastest-growing specialties
Receive Clinical Training & Mentorship — We provide ongoing education, clinical consultation, and support pursuing the International Certified Gambling Counselor (ICGC-I) credential through mentorship from a nationally recognized, Ph.D.-trained, ICGC-II-certified gambling addiction clinician
Focus on Clinical Work — We handle credentialing, billing, insurance claims, collections, and other administrative tasks so you can focus on providing care
Build a Flexible Remote Practice — Set your own schedule and maintain a caseload that aligns with your availability and professional goals
Work Alongside Experts in the Field — Join a collaborative team of clinicians who are passionate about advancing care for individuals and families seeking support for compulsive or overuse behaviors, or emotional dysregulation struggles through compassionate, evidence-based treatment

- Interest in gambling disorder, gaming disorder, and other behavioral challenges
- Desire to pursue ICGC-I certification with company support
- Commitment to evidence-based, client-centered care
- Interest in collaborating with a team that's driving innovation in teletherapy
- Spanish fluency is a plus
