Production Team Member
About the Role
Sun Windows and Doors Inc. is seeking dependable individuals to join our manufacturing team. In this position, you will help produce high quality windows and doors by performing assembly, material handling, and quality checks in a production environment. This is a hands on role that requires attention to detail, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to work efficiently with a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble window and door products according to company specifications
- Use hand tools, pneumatic tools, and production equipment safely and effectively
- Move materials, components, and finished products throughout the facility
- Read and verify measurements using a tape measure
- Review work orders and follow production instructions
- Perform quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
- Assist in other production areas as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
- Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure
- Manufacturing, construction, or assembly experience preferred but not required
- Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing 50+ pounds
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing repetitive tasks during the workday
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing production needs
Work Schedule
Monday–Friday
7:00 AM – 3:25 PM

Employment Information
