Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Mother Baby / Postpartum
- Location: Columbus, OH
- Setting: Acute Care Hospital
- Contract Length: 13 Weeks
- Start Date: August 24, 2026
- Pay Rate: Up to $55/hour
- Shift: Days (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
- Schedule: 3x12-Hour Shifts (36 Hours/Week)
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care for postpartum mothers and newborns in a Mother Baby/Couplet Care unit.
- Assess, monitor, and document maternal and newborn conditions.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed.
- Educate patients and families on postpartum recovery and newborn care.
- Float to units with similar patient acuity when required.
- Document patient care using EPIC.
Requirements
- Active RN License
- Minimum 2 years of Mother Baby/Postpartum nursing experience
- BLS Certification
- IV Certification and strong IV start skills
- Labor & Delivery (L&D) experience
- EPIC experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Travel Nursing experience
