We are looking for a dependable Customer Service Representative to join our Parts Department team. This role includes ordering and tracking parts, communicating with customers and vendors, scheduling service appointments, maintaining inventory records, and providing excellent customer support throughout the repair process.
Pay: $16.50/hour

7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

- Contact customers to schedule return service appointments for parts that have arrived in stock
- Order and track parts for in-house repair shops and customers
- Monitor parts orders and update status information in company systems
- Maintain and update bench stock inventory
- Provide parts pricing and quotes to customers
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and associates regarding parts availability and order status
- Resolve parts-related issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Complete other departmental tasks as assigned
- Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience using email, documents, and computer systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
