We are seeking a motivated and outgoing individual with experience in the dance industry to assist with studio recruitment and relationship management for an established national dance competition.
This position is primarily remote with flexible hours and weekly meetings with ownership via Zoom or in person.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify dance studios throughout the United States
- Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, and social media platforms
- Build and maintain relationships with studio owners and directors
- Follow up with prospective and returning studios
- Maintain organized records of communications and recruitment efforts
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner
- Assist in developing strategies to increase studio participation and retention
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the competitive dance industry is strongly preferred
- Previous experience working in a dance studio, dance competition, convention, or related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable making phone calls and conducting outreach
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Ability to commit approximately 10 hours per week
This position offers competitive performance-based compensation and commission opportunities. Recruiters will be eligible for commissions and bonuses based on successful studio partnerships and recruitment goals. Specific compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
