Position Summary
The Recruiter will support the full recruitment lifecycle by coordinating interviews, screening applications, managing candidate communications, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. Depending on experience, the Recruiter may also conduct initial phone interviews and evaluate candidates across a variety of corporate functions.
This role requires exceptional organization, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously across Eastern and Pacific time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage candidate flow throughout the recruiting process from application through offer stage.
- Review resumes and screen applications against job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Conduct initial phone or video screening interviews, based on experience level.
- Prepare interview feedback and maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate interview logistics, assessments, and candidate follow-up.
- Monitor recruiting metrics and maintain recruiting reports as needed.
- Ensure all recruiting activities are compliant with company policies and employment regulations.
- Assist with recruiting projects, talent pipeline development, and process improvements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1–4 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or staffing experience.
- Experience scheduling interviews and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working across Eastern and Pacific time zones.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, or similar) is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting corporate or professional hiring.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, consumer products, retail, or agency recruiting is a plus.
- Experience conducting behavioral or competency-based phone screenings.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
