Machine Operator / Future Production Supervisor

V Express Group is looking for an experienced Machine Operator who is ready to grow into a Production Supervisor role.
The right candidate must have hands-on experience operating machinery and running production in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Operate and oversee 2 production machines.
Lead approximately 12 employees supporting the two machines.
Manage a team of approximately 4 employees per machine.
Keep production running safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Train, direct, and support employees in machine operation and production procedures.
Monitor production, quality, and machine performance.
Troubleshoot production and machine issues.
Take on additional supervisory responsibilities as you become fully trained on the machines and production process.
Required Experience:
MUST have previous experience working with machines.
MUST have experience running production.
Manufacturing or production experience is required.
Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and manage a team.
