Anticipated Part-Time Program & Outreach Coordinator
Location: Remote (Preferred: Florida, Jacksonville/Northeast Florida area)

Operation // NODE is anticipating an upcoming opening for a Part-Time Program & Outreach Coordinator to help support our growing mission.
Our organization provides training, technical consulting, and investigative technology to law enforcement agencies working to combat child exploitation, ICAC investigations, and technology-facilitated crimes. As our programs continue to expand, we're looking for someone who is organized, personable, and excited to help us grow our impact.
This position is expected to begin as part-time for approximately the first 4–5 months, with the goal of transitioning into a full-time position as additional grant funding and organizational growth allow.
What You'll Do
- Manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms.
- Create engaging content and help execute marketing campaigns.
- Respond to messages and interact with our online community in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies hosting training events.
- Assist students with registration, invoicing, and course logistics.
- Communicate with agency purchasing, finance, and contracting personnel regarding registrations and payments.
- Help identify grant opportunities, sponsorships, and funding sources that align with our nonprofit mission.
- Provide administrative support for training programs, conferences, and organizational initiatives.
- Assist with planning and coordinating conferences, speaking engagements, and special events.
Travel Opportunities
Travel is not required, but applicants interested in travel may have opportunities to attend conferences, training events, and law enforcement seminars throughout the United States to assist with event operations and outreach.

- Detail-oriented with excellent written communication skills.
- Passionate about supporting the law enforcement community and protecting children from online exploitation.
Qualifications
- College degree not required.
- Experience with social media management, marketing, customer service, nonprofit administration, event coordination, or similar work is preferred.
- Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, HubSpot, CRM systems, or similar tools is a plus.
- Grant research or nonprofit fundraising experience is a plus, but not required.
Employment Information
- Part-time position with flexible scheduling.
- Remote work available.
- Florida applicants are preferred.
- Applicants outside Florida may be considered as independent contractors (1099), depending on location and applicable employment laws.
- Compensation will be based on experience.
Please Note
Our work directly supports law enforcement professionals investigating child exploitation and internet crimes against children. While this position is primarily administrative, marketing, and outreach focused, applicants should be comfortable working within this mission and occasionally interacting with sensitive subject matter in a professional environment.
