Our client, a warehousing and distribution company, is looking for a Warehouse Clerk to join their team in Secaucus, NJ. In this role, you will support B2C fulfillment and distribution operations by processing orders accurately, utilizing WMS platforms, and ensuring outbound shipments meet service level standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and fulfill outbound orders accurately and in compliance with established SLAs
- Utilize WMS platforms and handheld scanning devices to track, verify, and manage inventory
- Maintain accurate records and perform basic data entry and reporting tasks
- Adhere to inventory controls, warehouse safety standards, and operational procedures
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy and minimal error rates
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
Requirements:
- Prior experience in B2C fulfillment, warehouse operations, or logistics preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Working knowledge of WMS platforms and handheld scanning devices
- Basic computer literacy and record-keeping capability
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and accountable work ethic
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry packages throughout the shift
Pay & Schedule:
- Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Overtime as needed
