About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, polished, and client-focused Sales Associate to be the welcoming face of our spa. You will play a key role in creating a seamless, relaxing, and memorable experience for every guest who walks through our doors.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a professional spa environment, and is excited about helping others look and feel their best.
What You’ll Do

Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with guests and members

Meet or exceed membership and retail sales goals

Learn and confidently explain our services, memberships, and promotions (training provided!)

Support daily spa operations—including check-in/check-out, booking appointments, and answering phones

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and workspace

Assist with additional tasks that ensure smooth, high-quality spa operations
What We’re Looking For

18 years or older

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong communication skills, professionalism, and attention to detail

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
