Company Overview We are an expanding on-demand vehicle support network looking for dependable independent field specialists to handle local service routes. Our platform connects stranded motorists with local providers for quick, light-duty assistance. We are rapidly scaling our coverage across the greater Charlotte metropolitan area and have immediate openings for independent contractors.
Daily Operations This is a fully autonomous field position. You will manage your own service route and handle straightforward, light-duty roadside events.
- Level 1 Services: Battery jumpstarts and emergency fuel delivery (highly predictable, high-volume requests perfect for those new to the field).
- Level 2 Services: Vehicle lockouts and flat tire changes (available for operators looking to maximize their per-call revenue).
- Digital Dispatch: Review, accept, or decline service requests directly through our mobile contractor application based on your real-time location.
Skill Development & Equipment
- Access to Training: Detailed digital walkthroughs and instructional resources are available to help you master standard roadside procedures and advanced vehicle entry methods.
- Equipment Setups: If you do not currently own a commercial jump box or a professional lockout kit, specialized equipment packages are available to get you geared up and active on the map without delay.
Network Perks
- True Autonomy: No set hours, no shift requirements, and no direct supervision. You control exactly when and where you log into the dispatch application.
- Volume-Driven Revenue: Compensation is distributed on a per-call basis. Your weekly earning capacity scales directly with the number of dispatches you choose to complete.

Basic Requirements
- An active smartphone with a reliable data plan for dispatch tracking.
- A reliable personal vehicle (car, SUV, or truck) capable of commuting to local service calls.
