Job Title: Dealer Sales Manager (Medical Imaging / X-ray Systems)

We are seeking a highly motivated, hands-on, results-driven Dealer Sales Manager to join our team in Farmers Branch, Texas. If you are an aggressive sales professional who thrives on execution, territory ownership, and driving revenue through independent dealer networks, this is your opportunity.
The Opportunity
In this role, you will take full ownership of driving growth through our independent medical equipment dealer networks. Your core mission will be twofold: optimizing and maximizing sales volume through established dealer channels, while aggressively hunting for and onboarding new high-performing dealers across the US market.
Key Responsibilities
- Dealer Portfolio Management (Farming): Manage and revitalize established independent dealer accounts. This includes traveling directly to dealer offices across the US to conduct product training for their sales reps, audit performance, and motivate them to prioritize DRGEM X-ray systems.
- New Business Development (Hunting): Aggressively identify, qualify, and onboard high-performing new regional dealers to expand market coverage and fill territory gaps.
- Pipeline Management & Reporting: Maintain an accurate and transparent sales pipeline, providing consistent sales forecasting, performance metrics, and market feedback.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: Minimum 3–5+ years of successful indirect/channel sales experience managing independent dealer networks in the Medical Device or Healthcare industry (Experience in X-ray/Diagnostic Imaging is highly preferred).
- Track Record: Proven ability to reactivate stagnant accounts and personally generate measurable revenue growth.
- Attributes: High responsiveness, impeccable follow-through, and strong accountability. A proactive professional who takes extreme ownership of their territory.
- Travel: Willingness to travel across the US territory as needed to visit, support, and expand dealer networks.
- Location: Must be based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area for daily commute to our Farmers Branch, TX headquarters when not traveling (No remote/hybrid option available for office days).
