What Makes Our Practice Different
This is not a traditional nursing position.
You'll play an integral role in advanced surgical procedures, IV sedation, patient monitoring, and recovery while working alongside a highly collaborative clinical team.
Unlike many healthcare settings, you'll have the opportunity to build relationships with patients throughout their treatment journey while continuing to expand your clinical skills in a supportive learning environment.

- Helping patients feel calm, safe, and genuinely cared for throughout their experience
- Assisting with IV sedation procedures and monitoring patients under provider supervision
- Recording vital signs and supporting safe patient care before, during, and after treatment
- Reviewing medical histories and preparing patients for surgery
- Supporting recovery and discharge, including patient education and communication with escorts
- Collaborating closely with providers and teammates to deliver exceptional patient care
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant clinical environment

Dental or surgical experience is a plus—but not required. If you're an LPN with a strong clinical foundation and a genuine desire to learn, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
